For Australian Buyers, According to Australian Customs Legislations, "All goods (except for tobacco products and alcoholic beverages) may be imported duty and tax free if their value is $1,000 or less." (Cited from the Australian Customs website: www.customs.gov.au ). Thus, in most cases, you will receive your parcel without any customs delays. In the case that your parcel is selected for random customs checks, we will assist you by providing electronic receipts to facilitate quick release of your parcel without duty/GST.

Purchased item will be processed & shipped within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. All shipments will be made thru Air Mail, EMS or other reputed courier company. Most shipments are made through Reputed courier company and they deliver to your door step (except for PO Box Address).

INSURANCE: Due to Nature of Product being expensive for your safety all the orders we ship are Insured for your convenience.

Payment: We Accept payments by PAYPAL, Moneybookers, Western Union.
We can also accept payments through Online Bank Transfer to our Hong Kong bank account for high value orders.
We CANNOT accept payment through Money Orders.

Warranty and Return Policies: All products comes with 6 months - 1 year warranty. Please contact us before returning back the product.

1. 5 Days replacement warranty if buyer receives item "Dead on Arrival" or "Incorrect Item" or "Damaged in Transit" or 'Replica if Proved'. Item must me returned back AS IT IS without any physical changes.

2. Buyer must send us the product for Repair. After checking the damage and its cause, It may take upto 20 business days to repair the item and send back. Incase if damage is happened due to buyers mishandling of product, all repair charges must be paid by buyer.

3. All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or repair.

4. Merchandise should be properly packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with all the accessories along with Filled up RMA Form. RMA Number must be mentioned on the Package.

5. Supplier/Manufacturer may change the specifications slightly without prior notice and as such item may vary slightly from as advertised. Please provide feedback as to any differences so we can ensure we our advertisements are as accurate as possible.

We may request buyers to pay for some additional freight charge than what's shown on our site for Shipment to certain Odd countries, as freight cost to those countries are much higher than show on eBay. We will inform buyers about this after they purchase from us.
