Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Are there any other hidden cost?
A: We only charge you for Item cost + Shipping + Insurance. Other than this we don't charge you for anything else. You may need to pay duty/taxes in your country as per your country laws.
Q: Do i need to pay Custom Duty in my country ?
A: Buyers may need to pay for additional charges like Customs fees, and Duty for importation (if any). Duties/Taxes may vary from country to country. For shipments to Australia under value AUD 1000, buyer will not need to pay any duty under normal circumstances.
Q: What payment methods you accept ?
A: Currently we can only accept payments through Paypal. (if you dont have paypal account you can register at www.paypal.com) We can also accept payments through Online Bank Transfer to our Hong Kong bank account for high value orders. We CANNOT accept payment through Money Orders. For some buyers who cannot make payments through Paypal or Bank Transfer, we can accept payment through Western Union as an last alternative.
Q: When will i receive my item?
A: All the orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. We offer great shipping service to various countries. Normally most items are delivered in about 7-10 days under normal circumstances. Shipment to Australia & UK are delivered in about 4-6 days under normal circumstances.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide. But, We may request buyers to pay for some additional freight charge than what's shown on eBay for Shipment to certain Odd countries, as freight cost to those countries are much higher than show on eBay. We will inform buyers about this after they purchase from us. Examples of such countries are : Russia, Croatia, Lithuania, Jordan, Romania, Latvia, Azerbaijan, Estonia, Cyprus, Guadelope, Italy, etc,. Decision on same will be totally at our discretion.
Q: How do I check my order status?
A: All the shipments are made using reputed courier service. Shipments can be tracked online with the tracking number. If you need the tracking number for your shipment, feel free to email us and we will email you the tracking info.
